    ■ Installation instructions :
    1. Before installing the ZCZP steam solenoid valve, carefully read the product manual to check whether the product fully meets the requirements for use, familiarize yourself with the installation points, and prepare for it. 
    2. When installing, the ZCZP steam solenoid valve coil is upward and maintains the vertical position . The arrow or mark on the ZCZP steam solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline, and should not be installed in places with splashing or leaking water. 
    3. Before the takeover, the pipe is fully flushed with a pressure of 0.3MPa, the metal powder sealing material in the pipe remains, and the rust scale is completely removed; the working medium of theZCZP steam solenoid valve should be clean and free of particles; impurities, it is recommended to install the filter before the valve, steam Pipeline installation trap ; dirt and filter on the surface of theinlet solenoid valve internals must be cleaned regularly. 
    4. In the event of a failure of the ZCZP steam solenoid valve , in order to isolate the ZCZP steamsolenoid valve in time and ensure normal operation of the system, it is best to install a bypass device. 
    5. Do not install the ZCZP steam solenoid valve in the low recess of the pipe to prevent steam condensation, impurities and the like from depositing in the valve and hindering the action. 
    6. Ordinary ZCZP steam solenoid valves should not be used in flammable and explosive atmospheres. 
    7. In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended to fix the front and rear pipes of the ZCZP steam solenoid valve with a bracket to prevent vibration when the ZCZP steam solenoid valve is working. 
    8. ZCZP steamA pressure gauge is required on the pipe before and after the solenoid valve to observe the pipe pressure.
