Working principle: The machine is installed on the tail drum of the belt conveyor, the speed measuring large diameter drum or the speed measuring roller, and the speed measuring roller/roller is installed on the upper surface of the return belt, which eliminates the influence caused by the belt slip. The speed sensor is a digital carbonless brush pulse generator. When the belt is running, the speed sensor emits a series of speed pulses. Each pulse represents a unit length of the belt stroke, and the pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed.
