Structure overview
   KTJ15A, B series AC cam controllers have a protection level of IP30 and adopt vertical installation.
   The controller is divided into four parts: the operating mechanism part, the cam and contact system part and the housing part. The control handle is equipped with a self-locking device in order to avoid misoperation of the control mechanism due to crane vibration and accidental collision. During operation, you only need to press down the handle and open the zero position self-locking device to operate.
   The mechanical transmission part is installed on the upper part of the box. The vertical operating handle drives the camshaft through the bevel gear, and the horizontal operating handle directly drives the camshaft, so that the contact group is divided and combined according to the prescribed procedures. The camshafts of the controller are installed vertically. The contact arrangement is single row except for KTJ15B-32/2, 63/2, 32/5, 63/5 which are double rows. Each fulcrum of the transmission part uses rolling bearings to reduce friction.
   The positioning ratchet is stamped from a 3mm thick steel plate, and has been properly heat-treated to obtain good wear resistance. The number of gears of the controller is five gears. The number of gears can be selected arbitrarily in the range of five left and right gears. The spring force of the positioning ratchet can be adjusted, so that you can adjust the spring force of the ratchet to make the handle control force within the allowable range according to the specific situation and under the premise of clear division.
   The cam is formed by pressing black phenolic plastic, and its structure is through the ventricle, which ensures the accurate assembly position.
The structure of the contact group is a rotating double breakpoint. The 32A and 63A contact groups have the same installation dimensions, so they are commonly used to install poles. The machine base is made of die-cast aluminum parts, and the upper panel is made of steel plate stretched and formed. The machine base and the board surface are integrated with 4 pillars. It has the characteristics of light weight and good rigidity. The front and rear covers can be easily removed for installation and wiring. And maintenance.

Use and maintenance    7.1. The controller should be fixed with mounting screws. For the vertical handle, insert the handle bar into the hole of the operating wheel and push it down, the positioning lock can be automatically locked, and then you can operate.
   7.2 According to the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram, operate the controller one by one, and observe whether the opening and closing of the contacts is consistent with the opening and closing procedures of the contacts in the wiring diagram.
   7.3 Before energizing, it is necessary to check whether the wiring of the motor and resistor related electrical system is correct and whether the grounding is reliable.
   7.4 After connecting to the power supply, carefully check the operation of the motor according to the corresponding controller. If there is a difference, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the power supply can be continued after the cause is found out.
   7.5 The controller should be checked and maintained frequently according to the following requirements:
   7.5.1 All screw connections must be tightened, especially the contact terminal screws;
   7.5.2 The friction part should always be kept lubricated;
   7.5 ．3 There should be no obvious melting spots on the working surface of the contacts, and the molten parts can be carefully repaired with fine files, and sandpaper is not allowed.
   7.5.4 The damaged parts should be replaced in time.
