Product function introduction

1. Detect and display the temperature of the three-phase wire wrap winding or only display the temperature of the highest temperature phase winding among the three-phase wire wrap windings. Each phase is displayed for about 8 seconds during the tour display.

2. Fault sound and light alarm: When the sensor fails, the corresponding A, B, C phase indicator lights are on, and at the same time the fan is started, the machine emits a beep sound and the alarm contact is connected. The display shows X-HO or X-LO, where X indicates a faulty phase.

3. Fan start and stop function: When the temperature of one phase in the three-phase wire package winding reaches the set fan start temperature value, the fan starts automatically, and the fan indicator lights up when the fan starts. When the temperature of none of the phases in the three-phase wire envelope group is higher than the set fan shutdown temperature value, the fan will automatically shut down.

4. Over-temperature alarm function: When the temperature of one phase in the three-phase line covered wire group reaches the set over-temperature alarm temperature, the thermostat sends out sound and light alarms, and connects the alarm output terminal (usually between these two terminals is If it is disconnected, it will be connected when an alarm is issued) to provide a switch signal to send an audible and visual alarm to the remote control cabinet.

5. Automatic tripping function: When one phase of the three sets of windings reaches the set tripping temperature value, the thermostat will connect the tripping output terminal (normally the two terminals are disconnected, and the two terminals are disconnected when tripping. will be connected) to provide a switch signal to the remote control cabinet to start the trip circuit. (There is a special delay of about 5S to prevent tripping due to accidental factors).

6. Manually start and close the fan function: press the fan button, the fan starts, and press the fan button again, the fan turns off. If the manual fan is started without manually shutting down the fan, the fan will automatically shut down after about 15 minutes of starting.

7. Fan timing detection function: In order to prevent the fan from being corroded and blocked due to long-term non-start, the fan timing detection function is specially provided. The timing start time can be set, and the range is 0-199 hours. When the set value is reached, the thermostat Automatically detect once to start the fan for about 2 minutes, and this function will be canceled when 000 is input.

8. Control function self-test: It can simulate the input temperature signal to make the thermostat control accordingly.

9. "Black box" function: it can record the temperature of the three-phase wire wrap winding when the thermostat is powered off, as well as the working status of the machine.

10.
