Double spherical lightning rod installation method :
1. The cement base should be placed in the installation position in advance, and the anchor bolts or expansion screws should be embedded.
2. Install the lightning rod. The base of the lightning rod is fixed on the pre-set prefabricated cement base. The base of the lightning rod tower is reliably connected with the anchor bolt of the cement base (or with expansion screws).
3. The lightning rod should be installed on the tower, tower or other building. The flange of the lightning rod must be 1.5m or more higher than the highest protection. According to this requirement, the height of the pole or the height of the tower should be set.
4. The distance between the independent lightning rod and its grounding device and the entrance and exit protection of the road or building shall comply with the regulations. The distance shall be greater than 3m. When less than 3m, the pressure equalization measures shall be adopted or the pebble or asphalt ground shall be laid.
5. Installation and testing of lightning rods are not allowed on thunderstorm days.
6. The grounding wire of the lightning rod must be reliably connected to the earth. The value of the grounding resistance should meet the requirements of national regulations.
7. Regular inspection (one inspection per year) Whether the lightning rods are connected to the screw and the welding joint is firm, and whether the grounding down conductor is reliably connected to the grounding system. If it is found that the connecting screw and the welded joint are seriously corroded, the screw must be replaced and the original welded joint should be re-welded.
